DESCRIPTION

A painted WWII Sheepskin bomber jacket, model B-3, size 46, made by HLB Corporation.  This jacket beares artwork on the back that indicate the jacket was worn by a crew member of the bomber "Steppin Out."  Note damage to sleeve areas where there are some tears, in addition to a large tear under the collar.  This jacket was sold by Erik Dorr of The Gettysburg Museum of History and comes with his certificate along with his original photos.  Great research project on a jacket that, with a little repair to the sleeves and under the collar, will make a beautiful display piece of US WWII History.
