1937 pattern SA kepi for SA Group Bayrische Ostmark.  SA brown twill body with light blue wool band and tombak colored smooth front button. The eagle and swastika is the correct 1937 pattern larger eagle in silver color. The kepi includes the scarce to find original shipping/storage pasteboard stiffener, which slides tightly into the cap to keep its shape. The wool band shows some moth nips; the twill shows wear to the upper edges and a light spot to the top of the cap. There is a small "L" shaped tear to the top water resistant lining. It can be seen in the photograph showing the visor from below. There is a faint size stamp in the crown which appears to be "58".  The brown leather chin strap was likely replaced at some time. The kepi is in much better condition than usually found, with no crushing or damage to the sides or visor.
